subhra and archana get married

photos from my coworkers' big, fat assamese wedding. the reception went all morning, afternoon and evening on saturday. ceremony began at 9:30 pm and ended sometime after 2:30 am. poor archana had to sit at attention throughout the entire affair. as for me, i was overloaded for days by the obscene quantities of food they expected my to put down.

i went to kolkata and assam at the beginning of february. my excuse was attending subhra and archana's wedding, but seeing rhinos and riding elephants at kaziranga np in assam was a definite bonus.
